Delivery Cost

We deliver to selected areas on the Gold Coast , Tweed Heads, Brisbane (from Yatala to Bracken Ridge and Ipswich.

Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Brisbane delivery charge: $12

Ipswich delivery charge: $15

 

Additional orders to the same address on the same day is charged at $8 per additional order. Please see postcode brackets below to confirm availability in your area. If you postcode is not listed please contact us if see if we can arrange delivery to your area.

Delivery Day and Delivery Time Blocks

Gold Coast and Tweed Heads - Every Sunday

Brisbane - Every Sunday

Ipswich - Every Sunday

Delivery time blocks are between 10am - 7pm.

Ordering Cut-off Times

Thursday 11:30pm before the following Sunday delivery

Delivery Payment

All payments have to be made before your purchase can be delivered. When paying by credit card, if you have insufficient funds in your account or the card declines - the purchase will not go through and delivery will not go ahead. For direct transfers, your meals will only be delivered once the transfer has been completed.

Delivery Acceptance

Meals are delivered in a health certified polystyrene box, packed with ice packs to ensure meals are always at the correct temperature and can be left in a shaded area for up to 6 hours. You can specify a secure area where you would like your delivery to be left when you place your order.

Meals should be stored away in the refrigerator and/or freezer no later than 7pm on delivery day.

We kindly ask that the polystyrene boxes are left out the front for our driver to collect on your next delivery.
