Wellbeing Meal Plan


10 x meals = $75 ($7.50 per meal)
- 2 x meals per day – 5 days a week

A healthy balanced plan that's high in protein and low in fat to help keep you on the right track! Depending on your sauce and rice selection, the meals range between 400 - 480 calories each with an average of 40g protein per serve.

Each meal contains:
 - 150g chicken breast or beef topside
 - 100g white or brown rice (optional)
 - 100g non-starchy vegetables

Option 1 with 2 sauce selections includes:
 5 x chicken
 5 x beef
 
Option 2 with 3 sauce selections includes:
 3 x chicken
 3 x chicken
 4 x beef

Choose your sauce selections from our wide range of sauces such as blackbean, chilli plum, garlic, mongolian, nasi, oyster, satay, sweet and sour, szechuan and teriyaki sauce.

We can also customize your plan to suit your goals and needs.
