Muscle Fuel Meal Plan

20 x meals = $150 ($7.50 per meal)
- 4 x meals per day – 5 days a week
The ideal plan to increase your muscle mass! High energy meals packed with protein. Depending on your sauce and carb selection, the meals range between 600 - 700 calories each with an average of 50-60g of protein per serve. Choose up to 5 different sauce selections to suit you.
Each meal contains:
- 200g chicken breast or beef topside
- 150g white or brown rice (substitute for noodles $2.50 per meal)
- 100g non-starchy vegetables

Choose your sauce selections from our wide range of sauces such as blackbean, chilli plum, garlic, mongolian, nasi, oyster, satay, sweet and sour, szechuan and teriyaki sauce.
