Weight Loss Meal Plan

12 x meals = $90 ($7.50 per meal)

- 2 x meals per day – 6 days a week

The perfect plan if you’re looking to lose weight, slim down and tone up! Portion controlled meals that are low in carbohydrates. Depending on your sauce selection, the meals range between 330-400 calories each and are high in protein, low in sugar and low in fat. Choose up to 4 different sauce selections to suit you. Each meal contains 200g of a protein source.

Each meal contains:
 - 200g chicken breast or beef topside
 - 150g non-starchy vegetables

Option 1 with 4 sauce selections includes:
 3 x chicken
 3 x chicken
 3 x beef
 3 x beef

Choose your sauce selections from our wide range of sauces such as blackbean, chilli plum, garlic, mongolian, nasi, oyster, satay, sweet and sour, szechuan and teriyaki sauce.

We can also customize your plan to suit your goals and needs.
