Pick up is available from our storefront at 3A/117A Arundel Drive, Arundel QLD 4214.

Business operating day for meal prep pick up: Saturday.

Please allow 48 hours to prepare your meal prep. Ensure to list your mobile number so we are able to send you a SMS order confirmation.

Home Delivery Orders

We deliver to selected areas on the Gold Coast , Brisbane (from Yatala to Bracken Ridge) and Ipswich.

Gold Coast and Brisbane delivery charge: $12

Ipswich delivery charge: $15

Additional orders to the same address on the same day is charged at $8 per additional order.
